Privacy Policy

When you use New Doors PH, we collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, and phone number if you choose to provide one. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never readable by us.
• Booking details: the properties you book, your travel dates, guest counts, and any special requests you send to hosts.
• Messages: chats between guests and hosts are stored so both sides have a record and so we can help resolve disputes.
• Payment records: amounts, payment method, and reference numbers. We do not store full card numbers.

• To process and manage your bookings and payments.
• To let hosts and guests communicate about a stay.
• To show hosts the information they need to prepare for your arrival.
• To keep the platform safe, including detecting fraudulent activity.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.

Hosts see the booking details they need: your name, guest count, dates, and special requests. They do not see your payment details. Our staff can access records when needed for support or safety investigations. Beyond that, we only disclose data when Philippine law requires it.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Booking and payment records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting rules. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data except where the law requires us to keep it.

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, and to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the Help Center. We respond to verified requests within 15 business days.
